AASCW Awards of Excellence 2024
Welcome to The AASCW Awards of Excellence 2024, supporting and honoring the best of South Central Wisconsin’s rental housing industry.
The AASCW Awards of Excellence give public recognition to properties for their outstanding architecture, customer service and community amenities. It also recognizes exceptional property managers, maintenance teams and owners of multifamily housing throughout Wisconsin. We are so excited to be celebrating the awards in person once again for 2024!​
Through the highs and the lows of the past few years, property owners, managers and their staff have shown consistent, constant support for their residents. What better way to celebrate these achievements than with an exclusive event, rewarding those who went above and beyond over the past year in our local industry!

Award Nominations
Nominate an exceptional individual or property for the Awards of Excellence!
​
Award recipients will be honored at this in-person event on December 5, 2024. There is no charge to nominate, and you can nominate as many staff and properties as you would like.

Nominated individuals must be current AASCW members.

Nominations of individuals will be confirmed by their supervisor.

Judging will be based on information provided on the official nomination form.
All recipients will receive a crystal award and their info will be shared in AASCW's marketing. Winners are encouraged to add the Awards of Excellence logo to their website, promotional and marketing material.
