20th Anniversary Gala

This prestigious event celebrates the outstanding achievements in South Central Wisconsin’s rental housing industry. From top-tier properties to exceptional customer service and community impact, we’re proud to honor those who set the standard for excellence.

Recognizing the Best in Multifamily Housing:

The AASCW Awards of Excellence shine a spotlight on those who go above and beyond. We honor properties for superior architecture, state-of-the-art amenities, and exceptional living experiences. We also recognize the incredible property managers, maintenance teams, and owners whose dedication shapes thriving communities across Wisconsin.

Celebrating Resilience and Achievement:

This year’s in-person celebration marks a renewed opportunity to come together, connect, and reward the very best in our industry. Join us in recognizing the visionaries, leaders, and teams who make excellence happen every single day.

Award Nominations

Nominate an exceptional individual or property for the Awards of Excellence!

Award recipients will be honored at this in-person event on Thursday, December 4, 2025.

There is no charge to nominate, and you can nominate as many staff

and properties as you would like.

Nominated individuals must be current AASCW members.
Nominations of individuals will be confirmed by their supervisor.
Judging will be based on information provided on the official nomination form.

All recipients will receive a crystal award and their info will be shared in AASCW's marketing. Winners are encouraged to add the Awards of Excellence logo to their website, promotional and marketing material.
